Interested in knowing if parking lots are considered common elements. Mine are not deeded, nor are they exclusive. If they are considered common elements is snow removal a requirement of the association?

Most commonly yes, parking lots are common elements and snow removal is a common requirement of the association. However, you would have to read your association regs and bylaws to be certain.
