| Common space question Hello,
I own a condo in a multi-unit bldg. The person under me installed 12 speakers in the space btw. his ceiling/my floor, and of course, its just as loud in my unit as in his. The master deed stops his property on the top side of his ceiling drywall and mine at my subfloor, making the space between no-mans land. The bylaws state "no owner shall make structural additions, partitions, or wall changes without Board approval"
Since the other party never notified the board (us) of his plans, and since the area the speakers occupy does not appear to be his space, does anyone know if I have any recourse to make him address the problem?
Thanks in advance,
Hans
