What is the name of your state? NJ

I am in the process of trying to sell my Condo, which is a rental unit. The Condo Association is not allowing me to sell as a rental, the buyer must live there. Their reasoning is that they have already met their quota of rental units in the complex.

My problem is that I am one of those rentals in the quota so I think my unit should be allowed to continue to be a rental.

Are they allowed to do this???
