What is the name of your state? Ohio

This is a new condo development.... Each unit has a sliding glass door to a back yard area... Ours is fenced probably 18 x 22... It is a HUGE pond always as the developer never graded. Others were having a problem with their sumps running and dumping the water just behind their condo.. The city made them tie it into a run off but it has made our yard worse. You literally cn not walk any where in the area.

HELP

What should we do.. The assoc. president said maybe next year they could do something meanwhile we can't put the dogs out.
