Does the decision to convert from one form of ownership to another, that is Condo/Coop or Vice versa mean that the existing set of trust deeds/governing documents/CC&R are automatically liquidated and replaced by another ?
In othe words can the adoption of the two be split into two events and the drafting of the new documents be deferred for later.
Does a decision to convert really means a decision to liquidate/dissolve the existing laws, rules, regulations by whetever name thay are called and and replaced by others and cannot be seperated or isolated ?
