Condo Convert Back to Rentals? Help

What is the name of your state? Ohio
Just bought first condo in Sept - formerly luxury apartments -but units around me not selling. Heard that the bank that financed me and my neighbors is pulling out and that the complex is only renting. Also that less than one percent of all units have sold.
Do I and my neighbors have any recourse as far as a buy out from the bank or the complex ?
The only thing I do know at this point is that the value of my investment has just crashed.
Any good legal advise out there ?

Hey Mark,

I am in the same boat. We bought 2 years ago and now they are renting them again. I am trying to find out what the management group knows and see where we can go. We are located in FL.
