What is the name of your state? TX

My condo burned down in Jan. 2006. It was an accidental electrical fire that started in a neighboring unit. The management company has not started the rebuilding process, promising that they will start soon. However, they still require that I pay the maintenance fee on a monthly basis. If my condo is in an unlivable state, am I required to still pay the maintenance fee? I've researched in my association bylaws, as well as the Texas Uniform Condominium Act and I was unable to find the answers I was looking for. Thank you.
