What is the name of your state? Mass

I am trying to get the bathroom ceiling fixed that was damaged by the condo
apartment upstairs by water leaking. I have ho-6 insurance and made a claim
thur my insurance but they said i basically have to make a claim against the
association master deed and have the unit owner pay the cost for whats over
the deductable. Do i contact the condo office or the mangement company to do this?

Hi and thanks
For the registered letter would i need to get an estimate of the damage to
report or let the condo management look into it?
Also since it came from the apartment upstairs would i mention the apartment
number also?
