Condo Owner's insurance - HO6 policy

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

I am buying a condo and I need to get an HO6 policy for condominium owners. I got an estimate for about $400 a year and the limit for personal property is $50,000 and the limit for building property is $45,000. I was wondering if that's too high of a limit and if the price is reasobnable
