condo president has restraining order

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida my tenant in condo took out a temp restraint order against the president. It was dissmissed but the condo is charging me $1500.00 for the cost of legal fees. They refuse to use our insurance policy.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

**A: there is a lot more to this story. One question: what did you do when you were notified by the HOA of the problems with the tenant?
