Mt Pocono, Pa 18344. Can a person be on a condominium board as Secy, Supervisor condo complex ans Executive Board TREASURE and NOT OWN OR LIVE AT THE CONDOMINIUM?
Can the person that works for us, the owners of the condominium, work as a secy for 6 hours per day, for $35 thousand and also be running a real estate office from our building getting phone calls and selling property without paying for the office space. I feel it is a conflict of interest. Her company lies and says she doen't work there, but her ads say she does.

In NY you could not be part of a condominium board and not be a owner.. Someone that is not a owner I do not believe is protecting the owners property.

A person running and selling real estate in our building, should not be working for the condominium as it's secy..Supervisor Condominiium Complex. Using our utilities and building and not paying for that space. Conflict of interest to the owners

She and the board pres. spend hours at lunch together on business time. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
