Our Condo Has A Management Company That Has Opted To Form Companies To Do Repairs To Our Complex. When Roofing Bids Came In They Reveiwed Them And Then Entered A Lower Bid. Now Our Board Is Talking About A Rule That Will Not Allow Outside Bids.
Is This Legal.
