We have a "Purchase and Sale Agreement" and have made a down payment on a new condo which is in the process of being built. We asked that a window be put in one room (there are no windows on this side of condo) and this is written into this agreement and the developer and construction contractor also agreed to this verbally from the very beginning. They have recently brought in another supervisor who claims that they cannot put in the window. Are they bound legally by this agreement since they wrote it into the contract? Thank you.
