Convert Apt Bulding into condos

What is the name of your state? NY

Hi there, I am wondering what it would take to convert a 8 unit bulding into condos, in order to sell them.

Do I need to get the zoning changed? or just file papers?

**A: contact a real estate attorney familar with CPR's and condo conversions.
There is a long list of what needs to be done.
