Covenants, OK to alter to require vote to change colors?Wahington State - We have a couple board members (less than 5% of owners) pushing for lobby and hall cosmetic changes. Covenants are written to replace all scheduled items as per reserve study (only estimate of useful life), and there isn't anything regarding keeping things looking the same. By far, most owners like things as is and don't want to spend the money. All is in perfect condition. We are now reviewing covenants for possible changes and draft for general vote. Can we modify covenants so any changes in pattern or color from current must be be approved by general vote? (ie: to prevent replacement just to change color). ![]() |

__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
