Election canvassing to residents by candidates

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania -

Can candidates go door to door to each resident, during 'regular business hours', and provide introduction, relating of issues/position, and valid ballots for residents, without 'threat' of imposition of local solicitation laws/statutes,
during a condo election cycle ?
