I've noticed with so many postings here about various condo buyer situations.. most of them never reviewed their provided HOA or CCR documents.

This is essential reading BEFORE you purchase a condo..or post here.

Have a lawyer (You Are Guilty)... or someone (Your realtor) review all documentation
that is required to be available to you by a seller.

This includes all HOA laws/rules....insurance...HOA assesment limitations..etc.

You'll find that it's technically ( legal talk) comprehensive.

A lot of people trying to help you will ask:
what do your HOA/CCR documents specify?

It's like this: You'll get a lot more help with a computer problem if you list all your computer specs.
