Finally got the condo assoc. phone #!

What is the name of your state? Maryland
So i finally got a name and contact# for the condo assoc. to a property I am closing on either late this mo. or early next mo. here is my question, what question/info should i ask and obtain from the condo assoc. to help me determine that this is a good move(i am a first time buyer) any suggestions would help!

it is a stupid question. The buyer shouldn't be making a major financial move like this without doing his/her research. The buyer should note that no one invloved in the sale is looking after the buyer's interests. If you are naive, seek the advice of family and friends.

Ask them if they allow a condo to be purchased by someone who is so stupid that they have to even ask a question like this. If they say yes, run away!!!

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
