Foreclosure

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Wisconsin
Is the bank liable for condo association fees after they foreclose on a unit ?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

**A: the owner of record is liable for HOA fees period.

In California once the bank takes over the unit they are the owner of recoed and they are to pay the dues.
