Frivolous?

What is the name of your state? FL

We are a new, small, 50 home community in which we have our standard covenants. One of the new owners decided to "test" the rules and has decided that she will by-pass all the options of arbitration, small claims or just fixing the violation. She now is claiming harassment, and racism even though no one in the community knew she was jewish, and come to find out, she has a history of suing people and corporations everywhere she has lived.
My question is, What do you do when you are being sued by someone who has a long history of frivolous lawsuits? Is there any way to clue the court system in on this behavior before you spend a whole bunch of money on a defense lawyer?

Anyone can sue anyone else for anything. So, when you have to hire your defense attorney, make him aware of the frivolous lawsuits and he will bring them to the judge's attention.
