We just purchased a condo and escrow will close on 10/21. We have recently been informed that the association will be fumigating our property on 11/3 and we will be required to vacate for 3 days. Whose responsibility is it to pay for a place for us to live during this time? Is the association required to do anything or can they just kick us out?
