I have been living in my condo since 1998. My neighbor moved in to this rental condo in 1997. Since this guy has moved in (he moved in with his girlfriend and he is not on the rental list for that condo, he sneaked in and never was screened)he has harrassed me and my son. He didn't like my son because my son was playing ball and the ball hit his car. Three years ago he cornered me at the dumpster and threatened to beat the 'crap' out of me. I went and got a restraining order. It worked because to this day the man doesn't bother me anymore. But he has continured to badger, harrass, threaten my son. If we are out side he is always out there.(Is this stalking?) If I go to the dumpster he follows with a small piece of paper to throw out. He looks out of the window when we come home he comes right out. This man doesn't work so he has lots of time on his hands. Last night he told my son he was going to blow up his car with my son's kids inside. The deputys came but said it was nonsense. This might sound funny to everyone but try and live like this for 10 years. Besides a restraining order is there something else we could do? Should I get an attorney this time? I want an end to this. In our bi-laws for my condo it states that all residents should be allowed to live free from harrassment, but our condo board who knows about this is doing nothing. We even contacted his landlord who hung up on us. Also, one more thing. This man has a camera on his dashboard of his car that blinks red. It is pointed at my doorway where we go in and out. I think it might be hooked up to a computer, that is why he knows when I go outside. Is this legal? Sometimes I am frightened of this man.
Any advice would be appreciated don't know what to do.? fl
