I have had flooding problems due to faulty sprinklers since I have moved into my home. We were promised several times by our old Management company that they would fix my basement - which they never did. Last October I decided to stop paying my HOA until something was done. The board than switched companies and the new manager stated that he would not fix my property (which was caused by their inability to fix it) until we were caught up on our dues. My question is can they do that if they are the ones who caused the damage. Please advise. |
**A: yes they can do that. Read your condo docs.
