HOA management responsabilities / Homeowner rights?

I am a busy person who lives on a condo, like thousand others from CA.
6 Month ago I requested my HOA and community management company to get some Bee's removed from my window, although I am not going to die from some bee's coming into my house daily, is rather aggravating not been able to invite anyone home for fear of people being alergic
In 6 moths I have been going back and FW with our management company (I have emails), and they have done nothing about it. I even have emails of them hoping for the weather to kill the bee's. I much rather for them to remove the bee's and take them to a safe place for them
I am really tired of being neglected, can I take care of the bee issue myself and charge them back?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

**A: are you a busy bee? If so you can take the HOA and mgt.co. to court.
