How to check what parking spaces I own? (Condo)

State: FLORIDA

When I purchased my condo it came with one parking lot in the legal paperwork (Deed?!). However, that spot is right next to mine and is always empty, and after asking the Condo Association they told me that the last "Acknowledgment of Receipt" for the parking spaces shows the 2 spots for my unit.

What I want to see is if there is a way for me to confirm legally that this spot is actually mine, although I do not have the paperwork for it.

Thanks a lot I appreciate the help and effort.

**A: order a full title report and all the condo docs.

Great that sounds easy enough. Do I order that from a title company or my city? I am really not experienced at all.

Thanks.

Use your phone book and look for a title work firm and have them search out the information, yes you will have to pay for it BUT this is what they are trained to do and they will find it if its listed.

Ok great thanks, just the answer I was looking for. I am a little surprised there are no public records.

**A: there are indeed public records and those are recorded docs whcih a title company needs to research and provide to you for a fee.
