How do you covert to condos/What is the name of your state? Massachusetts Hello, I just was wondering if someone may have information on converting apartments into condos. What are the benefits, if any. What may be some disadvantages. I own a multi family ( three units) and it has a three car garage. I'm trying to figure out what I want to do with it. Any suggestions? Thanks --Favored |

| Search on your condominium conversion +your states name, in your state govt web page , your state or a county/ city agency might have specific rules for you to follow, Once you have done the homework then perhaps you might want to speak to a real estate atty since Your property would have to had some well written bylaws covering a multitude of subjects. If it all seems like a hassle maybe one of your tenants might be interested in buying it. This is something else the atty could assist you with as well. |
