I feel I am being discriminated against

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Mass
I was fortunate enough to purchase my home due to affordable housing in the development, I have had issues and concerns that are ignored by the Managing board and if I ask for services others are getting I am ignored and when I ask for the same thing a neighor has the board suddenly wants to follow the By laws and not allow me the same.
How can they allow something for one and not another and is this legal, By laws or Master deed has not been followed and if they want to change things say "going forward". Can they do this?

Of course they can. If you don't like it, go to the meetings. If you still don't like it... run for the board.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
