locked me out of own building

My boyfriend and i own and apartment in houston texas, ever since we moved into
the building the managment has been going out of its way to make our lives miserable,
They have had our cars towed etc, tamperd with our mail, slanderd our names to other
tenants etc. Recently we went away on a weekend getaway, when we returnd the
passcode used to gain access to the building had been changed without telling us!
We also have a swipe card to gain access so we didnt worry about it, yesturday the
swipe card stopped working, they have given everyone a new swipe card - but us.
We OWN the conodo in the building and i know their conduct is illegal, who should i
call about this ? police, lawyer, management ? what should i do - please help.

Masterfully stating the obvious to the oblivious! (Thanks SP!)

**A: hire your own attorney and sue the HOA and the management co. I would be interested in hearing their side of the story.
