Massachusetts General Law Chapter 183a.

What is the name of your state? Massachusetts.

The Condo Trustees want to inspect our ( and other units ) this is their statement in an email**************.

The Board is requesting the inspection of specifically the hoses and the garage area only in accordance with Massachusetts General Law Chapter 183a.

The hoses are are the washing machine hoses that they said I "must" install. They are metal clad hoses which I did purchase and install. I told them I have the receipt and the package and that should be all they need. But you probably know how Condo Trustees are !!!

They also want to inspect the garage for "bump out" construction of which I do not have such construction. Basically, there is one particular trustee that is the "condo dictator" and frequently makes up rule as he goes along.

So do we have to submit to this trustee ???

Thanks...

**A: yes you do, read your CC&R's. And what is a condo Trustee? Are you talking about a HOA officer or director?
