Meetings refused and growing issues...

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Mass

My condo president will not hold a condo meeting at my requests (has been nearly a year) and I have a few issues:

1) I have escalated a growing roof problem for a number of months and it is now leaking (not in my unit at least).

2) They also constantly have friends, family, etc park in my parking spot and refuse to move... sometimes the person isn't even visiting them.

Please let me know what sort of actions I should take or what my rights here are. Also keeping in mind that I still have to live with these people after the fact too...

**A: hire an attorney and have him/her send a demand notice referencing the applicable sections of the CC&R's.
