What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL
Can you tell me if the association has the power to cut off any facilities that the association fees covers ,we now have 30% of ownwers not paying there dues.Most of these have leans on them,but they continue to rent,live or use there condos and use all the facilities we provide surely we can cut of there water,cable etcWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

**A: read your condo docs and the condo laws. The HOA should already have legal counsel to deal with this issue. What's the status of legal work ie. review and collections?
