What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Florida

My wife and I are buying a condo. We have two adult children - both single. We're considering having ownership on the deed thus,

Husband (name) and/or wife (name) or daughter (name) and son (name).

In the event of both of our deaths will this technique pass on equal ownership of the condo to our children?

Thank you.

**A: put all names on the deed to hold title in joint tenancy and not as tenants in common.
