Need Insurance for my rental?

Arizona -

I own an investment property (condominium) that I rent out. I recently started an LLC and transferred the deed into the LLC but I need to find out what kind of Insurance I need on the property? It seems that every company says something different: some say I need a landlords insurance policy, others say I need a business insurance policy and still others say just to get a standard homeowners policy.

Can anyone advise me on what to do?

Thanks.

Find an insurance agent who can give you the straight scoop. One you trust who will spend time and sell you what you need for your business.

Verify with a lawyer that this meets your needs and who can guide you on what problems you should have an action plan for. (like a fire or tenant problems).
