Owner won't pay any association fees

Alabama

We have an owner in our small 7 unit building who moved in almost 1 year ago and has not paid any association dues or special assessment fees which we all voted on. We started foreclosure proceedings and in Dec. this unit was supposed to be foreclosed upon. The owner contacted the company and stated all payments would be made which hasn't taken place. We are using the attorneys from our management company and I don't know what to do. We are going to have to raise our fees just to cover our costs if we can't get this person to pay or leave. What can we do?

**A: what to do? Heck, tell the attorney's to proceed with foreclosure of fire their butts abd hire another law firm that will in fact do the job.
