Parking Issues in Condo Complex

Washington State: Are there any laws regarding how many parking spaces must be provided per tenant or per the number of bedrooms your unit has? Also, are there any laws regarding how many guests spots must be provided at the complex? I live in a 2 bedroom unit with only one parking spot and only 6 guest spots for the entire complex to share. These guest spots are filled by resident's cars on a daily basis and therefore guests cannot use them.

No, just be happy that YOU have a spot, some apartments do not provide parking at all.
