plxz help,crazy co-op in nyc..

i living in a co-op in nyc.Queens. most of us are bought the apt.only a few dtill renting from the building owner.there 82 apt.but the population is like 110 apt.coz alot of them rent the apt to 4-5 different ppl.so for them they making alot of $.but like us,who just living here as a family,we have to pay alot maintenance fee.too much ppl use water and gas.and now these guy want to be the diretors of the building and there too many of them.they got more than 50% votes.plz help.any way we can kick these ppl out or stop their illegal things?
