What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida Miami Dade county
Our association has 12 units, right now 3 units are not paying maintenance for more than a year. 2 units are owner accupied and the other owner is absent, we do not know where he/she is. As an association we want to evict these people so the association can rent this units and collect what is rightfully owed.
Please help me on the steps to take to evict these unit owners
