Real Estate Attorney Fees

What is the name of your state? NY

How much did you spend on your real estate attorney? How much do they generally charge for closing on a condo? This would be in Jersey City, NJ.

Thank you!

Your question is too vague . . . Are they preparing the docs? Are they recording the docs? Are you talking about title insurance (you and the lender)? And they also would list any mortgage broker fees. What specifically are you referring to? What is the line number on the HUD doc (closing statement)?
