What is the name of your state? USVI

We are currently renting a condo unit and recently received a new set of condo rules. The rules state that no business or industry can be done in any condo for profit. My fiance works out of the home as a graphic designer. He does not have clients come over to the condo nor does he claim the residence as an office on the taxes. He only receives minimal mail with the company name listed. Would they be justified with evicted us based on the fact that he is doing business on his computer? Wouldn't this be the same situation as a writer who just writes from his home. Does it make a difference that the original rules we signed a year and a half ago when we moved in did not have this stipulation?

It stated that people who signed the last contract would remain as residents, but did not know if that meant that we were not bound by new rules?

Any thoughts from anyone would be appreciated!!
