Retail Space in a condo buildingWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois We have an unoccupied retial space in on the bottom floor of the condo building. A street level window in this space was vandalized and the developer (owner) is stating the association is responsible for 50% of the cost. This doesn't seem right. He is stating it is a "maintained improvement". Who is responsible? |
