Return of the condo comandos

What is the name of your state? Florida
My apartment was water damaged caused by a blockage in the main waste pipe of the unit directly above mine. The Condo Association paid for the repair and replacement of the pipe but refuse to pay for the resulting water damage to my apartment. Any suggestions?
