Rights of condo homeowners

Pennsylvania

According to the Uniformed Condominium Act, the notice of any meeting must be sent to the homeonwers and state the time and place of the meeting and thte itmes on the agenda. (uca3308). Can you tell me if this is true of all meeting or does it specifically apply only to the annual meeting?

Also, does the homeowner have the right to see the board's meeting minutes for all of the meetings?

Thanks for your help.

**A: there is no such thing as Uniformed Condo Act. And notices must be provided for all Board meetings, not only annuals.

**A: yes, with the exception of minutes of Board executive session meetings.

PA Uniform Condomium Act

Hi, thanks for your reply. I'm not sure what state you are from, but in PA there is a Uniform Condominium Act.

Uniform Condo Act

If there is no UCA, then why would our management company reference it in many instances and how can I explain to them that it does not exist?

Thanks for your replies!
