I own a coop and have roaches in my kitchen, this has been going on for almost a year. There is an exterminator hired by the coop that has sprayed in my kitchen on a somewhat consistent basis, however, the source of the problem has never been found and the roaches never seem to dissapear, if anything the problem has gotten worse. Nobody else in my building has complained about roaches. The only thing the management is doing is to send letters to all owners in my building letting them know the exterminator will be requesting access to their apartments on a certain date/time. The owners, however, do not always allow the exterminator in their apt. What other actions can I take? I am putting my place up for sale and would like to have this problem resolved before the next owner moves in.

Roaches will never disappear from the face of the earth.

But if you go to Wal-Mart, they have some nifty poisons there.
