What is the name of your state?arialWhat is the name of your state? Colorado. Is it legal to fine a resident for an offense when other owners have satellite dishes "attached to their common element area" or have bikes hanging from their decks/patio?

A: Yes; the actions of the other inmates have no relevance to your citation.
