Satisfaction of Lien

What is the name of your state? Florida HOA.
Our Decs state that membership on the board of directors is automatically terminated when an action of the Association (Lien) is implemented upon a member of the board. A Lien was entered agains our secretary in 2001, yet she continued to keep her position on the board. In 2006 it looks like she ordered her own Sat to be drawn up by the HOA attorney and signed her own Sat as the Authorized Rep for the HOA.

Is this legal? Did she break any laws?

If you want something done here, you need to sue her.

Hire a lawyer.
