Selling condo

What is the name of your state? Ohio

Can a rented condo be sold while tenant's lease is not up yet?

of course.

But, the lease is still in effect and the new owner is bound by the terms. Make sure that the security deposit is taken into consideration because the new owner will have to return it if the lease terminates and tenant leaves w/no damage.
