What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York

I own an apartment in a co-op which I rent. I am planning to sell it. In the by-laws it states the co-op apartment is designated for usage as a doctors office. Can I sell it to a doctor for that purpose.

Presently it is not being used as an office for a doctor.
Thank you.

Do the by-laws have to state it?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
