What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania
Can a coop charge you for a move in inspection?
I paid a $75 application fee, isn't that fee supposed to be applied to your rent?

An application fee is a fee for processing your application. It is usually non-refundable. I have read applications where it is applied to rent, but far more commonly not. You need to read your application to see more about that. Either of those scenarios would be legal in PA.

I'm confused by what you mean by move in inspection charges as well. Are you talking about something separate from your application fee?
