Time share condo

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Minnesota

How can I get rid of a vacation time share condo. The maintenance fee are getting to expensive and my situation has not allowed me to use this unit. I paid a listing service to sell it for me, without any positive results. I would give it away or sell it but I know what a burden it is. I would just default on the maintenance fees but I don't want to ruin my credit.
