What is the name of your state? California - Los Angeles
I live in a Cooperetive apartment complex and the Trust Deeds - Governing Documents are 80 years old.! The problem that now arises from many others is that since mechaincal recording of sound and voice beecame available as far as we can remember a law was passed that the use of mecahanical devices, as the sole means for the recording of Minutes and proceeding was prohibited by law. This of course referred to the use of tape recorders for these purposes. Is this or are we correct ? Are there qulifying conditons or requirments for this ?
Does anybody know and can you help us about this issue ? Many thanks in advance.
